With a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $62,000 yearly, this role offers the chance to thrive in a dynamic retail environment.

Compensation :

$50,000 - 62,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Thollot & Co. associates

  • Welcome customers by greeting them. Make sure they are comfortable and feel our Colorado "non-stuffy" environment right away
  • Advise customers by providing information on products and services
  • Sell merchandise to consistently meet or exceed sales expectations
  • Provide outstanding customer service and a high-quality shopping experience to grow the customer base
  • Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records
  • Process payments : checks, cash, and store or other credit cards
  • Keep clientele informed of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest
  • Record wishlists, occasions, and opportunities to facilitate clienteling communication to generate future sales
  • Respond to customer text, email, or phone communication or advertising interests immediately
  • Understand and utilize policies and procedures to be proficient in handling customer transactions and solving customer service issues appropriately
  • Perform store opening and closing procedures
  • Perform basic store maintenance, merchandising, and other required activities to keep the store clean, safe, and inviting

Qualifications :

  • Previous successful experience in retail jewelry sales
  • Initiative in creative communication and reaching out to clients in a positive energetic manner
  • Listening, customer service, meeting sales goals, Selling to customer needs, product knowledge, people skills, high energy, dependability, verbal communication, positive attitude, and organizational skills required
  • Commitment to store growth and personal growth
