**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated On-Site Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our property. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day operations of the property

- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations

- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance activities

- Coordinate leasing activities and ensure timely rent collection

- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks

- Negotiate contracts with vendors for property services

**Requirements:**

- Experience in property management and maintenance

- Knowledge in Appfolio is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette

- Proficiency in office tasks such as data entry and record keeping

- Familiarity with property maintenance procedures

- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and legal requirements
