Position Title: SURGERY CENTER ADMINISTRATOR
Position Type: Full-time Permanent

  • Base Salary: $110,000 to $140,000/ Year

  • The largest ASC platform in the country, is currently seeking candidates for the Administrator role at Outpatient Surgery Center in Las Vegas, NV.
  • This multi-specialty site performs surgery in the following specialties: Bariatrics, Total Joint Replacement, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Gynecology, Spine, Pain Management, Gastroenterology, Podiatry, Colon and Rectal Surgery. There are 5 operating rooms and 1 procedure room and the facility is accredited by the Joint Commission.
Job Summary:Responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a top administrative or management position in the health care field.
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
  • The Governing Board may determine other qualifications as seen fit.
  • Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
  • Mobility to move about the facility to supervise employees and activities.
  • Office environment typical, but frequent exposures to patient care areas.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:Ideal candidate will have operations leadership experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center or an Ambulatory Surgery department of a hospital to include budget responsibility/management as well as staff management.
