Job Description
As a Systems Analyst 3 - Java/Mulesoft Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining applications, tools, and integrations for the Life Administration Platform (FAST), contributing to our Business and Technology Transformation Program.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with tech leads and peer developers to build modules and components across multiple Life platforms.
- Assist in troubleshooting and conduct peer code reviews for Java, Mulesoft, Angular, and other technologies.
- Participate in SAFe Agile team ceremonies to ensure alignment with project goals.

- A college degree in computer science, information science, or management information systems preferred.
- 5 years of experience as a full-stack Java, Mulesoft, and AngularJS developer, working in an Agile environment, supporting Life Insurance systems/solutions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with business partners and IT staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills to research and propose solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to direct and coordinate team members' work without HR management responsibilities.
- Knowledge of computer programming languages as required.
