Our client, a leader in the flavor and fragrance industry, is committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As an ERP & System Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of their ERP and other systems.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee ERP and other systems projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement robust processes for the management and maintenance of ERP and other systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure effective system integration and alignment with business needs.
• Provide guidance and direction to ERP and systems vendors, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to quality standards.
• Supervise the installation, configuration, integration, and customization of ERP and other systems.
• Ensure accurate and complete data migration from legacy systems to new platforms.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance and user acceptance testing of systems.
• Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to system users and administrators.
• Evaluate system performance post-implementation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver detailed system reports and documentation to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP and systems management and implementation.
• Deep understanding of ERP functionalities, modules, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in system management tools and methodologies.
• Strong technical acumen with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
