Position: Entry Level Social Media Agent
Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-person)

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media channels for trending topics and relevant conversations.
• Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships with our online community.
• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
