OFFICE SPACE PLANNER

SUMMARY

The Space Planner position provides design services to dealership clients, including site/inventory field measurements and verifications, space planning, typical development, working/installation drawings, specification, and site-to-plan review. Each Space Planner is an integral part of a dedicated team that includes sales, project management, order entry, installation groups, as well as the client. Space Planners contribute from early design development through the final installation drawings, while managing changes and revisions throughout the project with time sensitive priorities based upon internal and client deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Design degree preferred or equivalent education through work experience
• Working knowledge of commercial office space planning
• Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Expertise in Microsoft and Adobe products
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Experience with CET Configura, 2020 CAP, GIZA, or Worksheet will be advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle challenges utilizing resources available

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Varying levels of project loads requiring proficient time management skills to meet deadlines
• Team environment with minimal supervision
• Client sites in healthcare, education, government, and corporate environments
