The Director of Front Office reports to the General Manager and is responsible for the daily operation of the front office. You will be supervising all front office personnel, tasks, and duties, including planning, directing, and coordinating front office activities to ensure exceptional guest service. You will also be held accountable for coordination of hotel operations with the Director of Housekeeping and the Director of Engineering.

Education & Knowledge: A combination of education and/or experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance, for example, 3-5 years' experience in a Manager or Assistant Director role. Must have background in Hospitality and Customer service and experience with Hotel Management systems and housekeeping.
