Annual Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

We're in search of a Senior Marketing Project Manager with a deep understanding of the healthcare/pharmaceutical landscape to spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of impactful marketing programs for our client. In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring the success of digital marketing campaigns, from conception to final delivery. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering marketing programs from ideation to execution 
• Supervise digital marketing campaigns, including website design and development, email marketing, and social media campaigns
• Harness creative problem-solving skills to overcome resource and time constraints
• Lead the development and management of project plans and timelines
• Ensure team adherence to quality control plans and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Effectively manage project budgets, providing accurate cost-to-complete estimates and forecasts
• Oversee end-to-end production of engagements, ensuring alignment with client expectations
• Work closely with third party vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution of campaigns 
• Manage client expectations, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and correspondence

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing project management, preferably in an agency or marketing environment
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, encompassing social media marketing, email marketing, website design and development specific to pharma
• At least 2 years in a client-facing project management role at a digital agency or consultancy
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels is essential, with a requirement for experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry
• Excellent presentation and consulting skills
• Possess exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills to juggle competing priorities for yourself and your teams
• Ability to function effectively and communicate with cross-functional teams with shared resources
• The ideal candidate is Scrum Certified, with practical Agile experience, and has a clear understanding of the Agile framework
