Founded in 1982, Think Ability has a long-standing demonstrated history of progressive, person-centered services and support for people with disabilities, as well as a passion for what is possible.

Seeking an experienced, highly motivated and talented farm to table chef. Must have an in-depth knowledge of creative healthy cooking techniques, motivated strong work ethic and an eye for menu development. Willing to relocate to Duncan, OK with relocation assistance and housing assistance for the 1st year.

Think Ability, Inc., a non-profit organization, is a multi- service organization that provides residential services and independent living support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our administrative office is located at 1301 West Main in Duncan, and our service delivery area includes communities throughout southern Oklahoma.

In addition to The Garden CAFE, Think Ability includes the Garden Market, Adult Day Center, the Community Garden, Garden HUB, hosting the Duncan Farmers Market, Power Print and an expansive residential program. Think Ability also provides janitorial services for 26 buildings including the State Capitol for the State of Oklahoma through the State Use program for employing individuals with disabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
