We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Cheri's. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious treats. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods in accordance with recipes and quality standards.

**Duties:**

- Measure and mix ingredients to prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings following recipes.

- Bake prepared items following the appropriate baking times and temperatures.

-Frying Donuts

- Decorate baked goods using various techniques to ensure an appealing presentation.

- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed.

- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

- Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.

- Collaborate with the team to develop new products and recipes.

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in food handling, food processing, and basic math skills.

- Knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is beneficial.

- Previous experience in food production, food safety, kitchen operations, or culinary arts is preferred.

- Familiarity with restaurant baking processes is advantageous.
