**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental procedures and patient care, with proficiency in various dental software systems and tools. **Responsibilities:** - Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures - Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort - Take and record medical and dental histories and vital signs of patients - Provide postoperative instructions prescribed by the dentist - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Prepare the work area for procedures and maintain cleanliness - Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies **Requirements:** - Certification or Associate Degree in Dental Assisting - Proficiency in Dentrix or Eaglesoft software preferred - Knowledge of vital signs, CAD/CAM technology, and medical imaging - Familiarity with aseptic techniques and infection control protocols - Experience with maintaining dental records and assisting with pediatric patients - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively Joining our team offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where patient care is paramount.
