Overview:
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering primary care services to patients across the lifespan. Your focus will be on conducting thorough patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Provide primary care services including diagnosing and treating common acute illnesses and chronic conditions.
- Administer vaccinations, medications, and other necessary medical interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
- Perform procedures such as wound care, suturing, and minor surgical interventions as required.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience in medical office settings, discharge planning, infant care, laboratory work, Level II Trauma Center experience, inpatient and outpatient care.
- Familiarity with case management, botulinum toxin treatment, and utilization review processes.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and medical software.
- Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
- Knowledge of tube feeding, durable medical equipment (DME), and specimen collection processing.
