Drive digital marketing and technology advancements forward while part of an innovative global team. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the digital marketing team through project management, process facilitation and Workfront system administration.

• Use Adobe Workfront to facilitate the creation and deployment of marketing tactics, support the implementation of new technologies, govern operational processes and perform system administrative duties

• Support revenue generation through digital channels via project coordination and invoice processing

• Balance demand and workloads by accurately collect key data and ensure resources are assigned on incoming project requests

• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop process changes to generate efficiency, productivity and cost-savings in support of business objectives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or other related field.

• Project coordination experience - 0 to 2 years (preferably within a marketing team)

• Proficient with Microsoft applications, especially Excel

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to organize and summarize information in order to communicate key points effectively

• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and deliver results

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and efficiencies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall, Six Sigma, etc.).

• Familiarity with digital marketing systems and platforms
