Market Development Training Manager

The Market Development Training Manager will play a pivotal role in encouraging collaboration between marketing, product management, and commercial teams. As a member of the global Marketing team in the Transplant Diagnostics (TDX) division at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and reporting directly to the Sr Manager, Market Development - Training & Education, this role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Learning Management System (LMS), Docebo, making your proficiency with LMS platforms helpful. Experience in using digital tools and analyzing marketing metrics will be invaluable in driving impactful training initiatives. Strong project management skills and outstanding organizational abilities are key for success in this role. This role will help positioning Thermo Fisher Scientific as a world-class learning partner to our HLA & transplant customers, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and innovation in the field.
This position is preferably located in West Hills, CA, or remote anywhere in the US.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$137,500.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
