Thermal Gard Window & Door is currently seeking an experienced window installer. Thermal Gard offers excellent pay (approx. $45-$60k per year), health insurance, paid vacation and holidays, 401(k), and good hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Installation of windows and doors in homes and businesses
• Use of power tools, taking measurements, caulking, and repairing units
• Effectively communicate with customers by answering questions and addressing concerns
• Work efficiently with other team members to achieve desired results
• Clean work area and remove debris once the job is completed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have relevant construction or window/door installation experience
• Have the proper tools for specific jobs
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Willing to have a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Must be 18 years or older
