Marketing

- Responsible for generating new referrals through social and print media in order to reach or exceed company goals.

Job duties include:

- Create and execute social and print media campaigns to increase lead generation and achieve business goals.
- Calls on, develops and maintains favorable relationships with new and existing medical professionals and other referral sources which result in utilization of company services.
- Plans and oversees the execution of promotional events, open houses, and educational seminars.
- Uses graphic design skills and experience, as well as knowledge of current software to produce graphic art and visual material and content.
- Representing TherapyWorks at job fairs, staff recruiting.
- Regularly reports on referral development and current progress on targets.
- Reviews and analyzes trends, and takes action to avert deterioration of market share.
- Communicates with media sources to ensure local awareness.
- Maintains a database of medical contacts along with knowledge of industry trends.
- Maintains HIPAA compliance as it relates to marketing activities
- Design, update and maintain website.
- Coordinate and attend physicians luncheons.
- Organize internal and external company events.
