As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking a full-time Behavioral Technician (ABA and RBT) to provide in-person services to public school students. Prior ABA experience as well as a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Analysis or Education is required. RBT experience is a plus.

This position will continue through the summer ESY program and there is potential for continuing into next school year.

Behavioral Technician Salary Range: $25-30 per hour

Behavioral Technician Qualifications:

• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior ABA experience (RBT is a plus)
• Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Analysis, or Education

Behavioral Technician Responsibilities May Include:

• Executing ABA therapy programs
• Implementing appropriate behavior management techniques as prescribed by the behavior plan
• Assisting children with daily self-help skills
• Communicating with the team regarding all developments, problems, or concerns as needed
• Maintaining therapy areas and materials
