Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Marketer to join our team. As a Healthcare Marketer, you will provide essential support to healthcare professionals and assist in delivering high-quality care to patients. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Your main responsiblity will be to create and maintain a relationship between the provider and any CILA or Assisted Living Facility.

Duties:

- Understand the role of healthcare professionals in providing direct patient care, including taking vital signs, administering medication, and assisting with personal hygiene

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including documenting observations and reporting any changes in condition to the healthcare team

- Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and orderly environment

- Provide emotional support to patients and their families, demonstrating empathy and compassion

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

-Cold Calling

-Setting up inservices and other events for facilities

Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients of all ages

- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and adherence to protocols

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare setting

- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures

- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of a recognized Healthcare Assistant program or relevant experience

- Experience and Knowledge of CILA or Assisted Living Facilities

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
