- Assist Physical Therapist in managing reassessments
- Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members
- Communicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Wisconsin
- A minimum of one year’s work experience as a Physical Therapist Assisant is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with dementia is preferred.
