Therapitas is a Pediatric therapy clinic where our kids are our mission and inspiration each and every day! We focus on kid-centric, play-based interventions that are tailored to help each patient reach their goals and meet their individual needs.
Therapitas is currently hiring a part time, licensed Physical Therapists to fill a vacancy in our Tulsa clinic. This position would involve an emphasis on evaluations and supervision of PTAs with a light case load. The ideal candidate would have availability a couple of mornings a week, as well as a couple of afternoons.
We are looking for someone who embodies our core values including collaboration, drive, enthusiasm, and passion for our mission to provide the best pediatric therapy treatment experience for our patients and their families. We are also looking for someone with a vision for growth, willingness to learn, and a desire to make a difference.

Position Summary:
-Create and follow through with patient-centric care plans
-Utilize clinical and patient-centered metrics to ensure the quality delivery of services
-Lead by example and work collaboratively with a team of therapists to ensure the seamless delivery of services
-Document care efficiently, while meeting clinical expectations and payer regulations
-Comply with all local, state, and federal rules and regulations
Qualifications:
-Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
-Current State licensure for physical therapy or the ability to obtain
-Experience in pediatrics preferred, but not required
-Ability to speak Spanish is NOT required
