Duties:

• Initiate outbound calls to connect with prospective clients
• Receive inbound calls from clients and address their inquiries with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Deliver detailed information about our healthcare services with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Assist clients in booking appointments, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, appointments, and transactions.
• Execute data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Assist in assembling mailings and perform other administrative tasks as required.
• Prioritize following up with leads and managing phone inquiries efficiently.
• Ensure timely responses to client queries and concerns, resolving issues with empathy and understanding
• Collaborate with team members to streamline communication processes and improve client experience, contributing your positive energy and people skills to every interaction

Experience:

• Preferably, a background in reception, customer service, or related fields, with a proven track record of spreading positivity and providing exceptional service to clients
• Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish is advantageous, allowing you to connect with an even wider range of people
• Exemplary phone etiquette and stellar communication prowess, coupled with an infectious positivity that brightens every conversation
• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries, always executed with a smile and a positive attitude
