Schedule : Monday - Friday
Clinic Hours: Clinici is open 7a-7p - 8hr shifts between those hours / NO CALL
Rate: $85/hr. $1500 sign on bonus (Paid out with first payroll run)
Clinic Location: Santa Clarita, CA

Position Details:

• Primary Care/Family Practice - Outpatient Clinic
• Starting ASAP - 3-6 months with high chance of extension
• Types of cases: All Ages
• Chronic Disease, Diabetes, Blood Pressure issues, etc.
• Census: 22 - 28 patients per day
• Physician and Full staff support

Requirements:

• COVID Vaccination Booster Required
• Active CA State License
• BLS
• 1 year of experience as an NP/PA in Family Practice
