Senior Frontend Developer - React

Position Summary:
Join our People Technology team to design and develop solutions that impact millions. You'll work with a talented team of engineers, UX designers, and product managers to create mobile and web experiences using React and ReactNative. This role involves designing and coding solutions, driving scalability and security, and ensuring high-quality, high-availability systems.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop components/modules for our products.
• Guide the team on frameworks and coding patterns.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code security.
• Automate tasks in CI/CD and testing processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to automate monitoring and resolve issues.
• Conduct complex maintenance procedures and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.

What You'll Bring:

• 10 years of experience in mobile and web application development.
• Strong expertise in React, ReactNative, and Redux.
• Experience with distributed systems, scalability, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Cocoa and Android application framework.
• Understanding of GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and Azure cloud architecture.
• Nice to have: Backend experience in Java or Node.js development.
