We are looking for an Electronics Tech to join the team of hardworking, skilled inspectors.

Requirements:

• Design electrical systems
• Install, configure, maintain, and replace complex electronic and electrical hardware on industrial equipment
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily activity for inspection.
• Examine the layout and installation of wiring, cables, subassemblies, hardware, and components to detect assembly errors.
• Set up and use multi-meter testers.
• Understand PLC
• Recognize a good crimp and good solder joint.
• Perform first PC inspection
• Use micrometers to measure crimp heights
• Perform pull tests and perform in-process inspection.
• Enter quality defects and in-process findings on the computer.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in process and final inspection of electrical assemblies.
• Inspect various electronic systems to assure quality based on performance specifications.
• Examines production documents, to ensure that all assembly, inspecting, and testing steps were performed according to specifications.
• Must be able to identify areas of improvement through the review of the assembly process and inspection steps that are in place.
• Record test results
• Assist assembly personnel if needed
• Maintain and revise inspection documentation
• Communicate with colleagues to help resolve quality related issues.
• Maintain a professional demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.00 - $36.00 per hour
