We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including dining areas, bars, and banquet facilities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and sanitation standards
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Create and maintain a positive working environment by fostering teamwork and open communication
- Oversee inventory control to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and local market conditions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in culinary or food service management is required
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in inventory control procedures
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with hotel food service operations is preferred
