The Courville at Nashua is a Senior Healthcare Community in Nashua, NH. We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We’re looking for Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs/CNAs) to join our dedicated staff. Immediate openings for Full-Time positions: 

• FT 7-3 LNA, 32 hrs week, mixed LTC/SNF
• FT 3-11 LNA (4 positions)
• FT 11-7 LNA
• Per Diem positions
• Every other weekend rotation/2 weekends per month
• Generous Shift Differentials - up to $6/hr!
• SNF and LTC settings

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with ADLs
• Dependability and good communication are essential for this position
• Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff; including bathing (including use of whirlpool tub), dressing, assisting with dining and ambulation program
• Assist with transporting residents to and from meals, activities, and appointments
• Answer call lights and make rounds regularly to ensure residents’ safety and comfort
• Observe residents and report any abnormalities or changes in condition to supervisor
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment and follow Infection Control Policies

Qualifications:

• Active LNAor CNA license 
• We will pay any NH licensing fees for out-of-state applicants
• Recent clinical experience, long-term care experience preferred
• Ability to build rapport with residents
• Punctual, dependable work ethic
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to work well in teams to provide a positive care environment
• Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions with or without reasonable accommodations required by Federal, State or Local law.
