The Courville at Manchester is a Senior Healthcare Community in Manchester, NH. We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We’re looking for a Part-time Social Worker to join our dedicated staff.
- 16 hours per week

- Experience as a case manager or social worker (required)
- Experience working with seniors (preferred)

Job Description:
This position requires a person who has a passion for “HumanKindness and Wellness for Life”. Must enjoy working with seniors.
- Manage and coordinate all the major aspects of the patient's care
- Communicate the relevant aspects of the long-term care process to all necessary parties
- Assuring financial reimbursement for services
- Promoting adequate documentation
Qualifications:
- Experience in rehabilitation and/or healthcare
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
