- Operators will handle, assemble, and inspect very small electrical components.
- Perform assembly tasks utilizing microscopes and tweezers.
- Conduct visual inspection of components.
- Perform electrical tests using a multimeter.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Previous inspection and/or assembly experience.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
- Good Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under a microscope.
- Good Computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess an understanding of electronic defects.
