Responsibilities of Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk:
- Process outgoing payments following financial policies and procedures.
- Conduct day-to-day financial transactions.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger.
- Identify and look into any discrepancies.
- Help with invoice payments.
- Maintain monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Understand expense accounts and cost centers.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong communication skills.
- Great computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good telephone presence.
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
