**Job Overview:**

We are a Real Estate Closing Attorney seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Pre-closer/Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2-year experience. Being bilingual would be a plus but not mandatory for this job position.

**PLEASE NOTE FOR THIS POSITION YOU WOULD BE WORKING FROM BOTH OUR ALPHARETA AND DULUTH OFFICES.

• Ordering title and reviewing the initial title exam from our examiners.
• Clearing Title along with working with the Attorneys to resolve any title issues.
• Ordering items needed to close the loan (mortgage and lien payoffs, HOA letters, commission agreements, etc.)
• Providing professional communication with both clients and fellow staff members regarding the status of the file
• Enjoy speaking with clients by phone.
• Work with lenders in matching the Closing Disclosures and finalizing the closing packages (Qualia knowledge preferred)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
