Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Fence Pickets Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling fence pickets to end users, contractors, and builders. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the construction and building materials industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and prospect potential end users, contractors, and builders to generate sales leads.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

3. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our fence pickets.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

5. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential customers.

6. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close sales deals.

7. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

9. Provide excellent customer service and support to address any inquiries or concerns from customers.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.

2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

4. Solid understanding of construction and building materials.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
