Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Lifeguard to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests at our pool facility. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the pool area and enforce safety rules and regulations
- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents
- Provide excellent guest service and assist with any inquiries or concerns
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area to identify any hazards or potential risks
- Administer first aid and CPR as needed
- Assist with organizing and conducting swimming lessons or water fitness classes

Skills:
- Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues if necessary
- Knowledge of pool maintenance and cleaning procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Attention to detail and strong observation skills
- Current lifeguard certification, CPR, and First Aid training
