We are looking for an experienced Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and managing teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. The Crew Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the crew, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard, and providing feedback and guidance to team members. The successful candidate will be a team player with a passion for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of crew members.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and to the highest standards.
• Train and develop crew members to ensure they are performing to their full potential.
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback and support to crew members.
• Monitor and report on performance of crew members.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
