Role and Responsibilities
Fabricates end fittings by operating injection molding machines.
Responsible for organizing workflow and quality.
Prior injection mold experience or some plastic knowledge

Fabricates end fittings by operating injection molding machines.
Responsible for organizing workflow and quality.
- HS/GED preferred and over 3 months experience
- Fabricate end fittings by loading cores with a Vacuflex type hose and injection molding an end fitting to end of hose.
- Checks set-up for conformance to print.
- Responsible for organizing workflow for associated workers who may be packing hoses or loading cores.
- Responsible for the quality of the molded end fittings that relief operators pack during breaks.
- Reports machine wear or broken machine parts immediately.
- Performs assembler duties when required to do so by supervision.
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to read and understand prints
- Must be able to maintain a quality product
- Continual movement of hands, wrists and/or fingers and able to stand for long periods of time
