Job Details
The Wool Factory is a hospitality destination consisting of multiple event spaces, a modern American restaurant [BROADCLOTH], and a coffee shop/wine bottle shop [THE WORKSHOP].
This position will be predominantly working in The Workshop | A wine bottle shop offering flights, wines by the glass, and bottles to go (or stay!), as well as a coffee shop offering locally roasted Grit coffee. A rotating variety of locally made bread and pastries are available each day.
Job Qualifications
Barista experience required, wine knowledge not required
Management experience not required
Using our ordering system to place weekly orders in coffee ingredients
Manage employee availability.
Use a scheduling platform to post the schedule 2 weeks in advance, communicating with the direct supervisor.
Be responsible for organizing shift coverage and determine when hiring is needed.
