Duties:
- Provide counseling and support to individuals with special needs, including those with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Assist clients in accessing appropriate resources and services.
- Provide crisis intervention and management as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with coding systems such as ICD-9 and ICD-10 for accurate documentation and billing purposes.
- Utilize knowledge of psychopharmacology to support clients in medication management.

Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Previous experience working with individuals with special needs, particularly in a special education setting, is preferred.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and crisis management.
- Familiarity with coding systems such as ICD-9 and ICD-10.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
