Uniquely, it is the second location, the premier being Pearland Animal Cancer and Referral Center which was the first and only privately owned specialty referral hospital in the Houston area dedicated to patients and clients with cancer! We opened our doors May 22nd of 2023 and are seeking a motivated, talented, experienced individual who is excited about the opportunity to continue to grow the practice and also grow their own skills and knowledge base.

Job Description: The Client Services Representative will be a critical part of the Specialty team, serving as the first point of contact for primary care veterinarians and clients. The ideal candidate will set a positive tone for appointments, expedite requests, and be a liaison, making a positive impact with the right approach and demeanor. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to manage difficult scenarios are essential.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing front reception
• Experience with merchant processing systems and practice software
• Dependable and able to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Experience in a busy veterinary setting preferred.

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Schedule: Min. 10-hour shift, 4 days, overtime

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience: Veterinary Client Services Representative: 1 year (Required), Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
