We are seeking to hire a sales professional whose expertise is in window and door knowledge. Shift: Days: (Mon- Fri) Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM

We are looking for a talented and detail orientated Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a busy work environment.

Pay and Benefit Expectations:

The Window & Door Shoppe provides medical benefit packages including: vision and dental; sick leave; and paid time off. The pay range for is $22.00 - $28.00 USD (depending on experience.) However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. This position is not associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.

Position Summary:

The Window & Door Shoppe sales team is responsible for providing product knowledge and quotes to customers for window, door, and skylight products we supply on products such as Andersen, Marvin, Milgard, Orepac, Alliance, Velux, Plygem, and more.

Qualified candidates must have basic knowledge of windows and doors and how they operate. Customer service skills and ability to defuse situations as they arise.

Employees will be responsible for maintaining a clean and professional work environment. Must have good team skills and will be working with customers, making phone calls, and assisting customers with orders. Must be willing to learn and be trainable. Must be able to complete online computer orientation for product knowledge.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
