Job Summary
The Operations Warehouse Lead plays a key role in overseeing and coordinating operational activities within an organization. This position involves managing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and leading teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
· Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow, timely delivery of products or services, and achievement of operational targets.
· Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
· Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Team Leadership and Development
· Lead and motivate operational teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
· Assign tasks, set priorities, and delegate responsibilities to team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
· Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.
Process Optimization and Improvement
· Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and streamlining of workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, standardize procedures, and integrate best practices across the organization.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process changes, gathering feedback from stakeholders and making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Resource Management
· Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization and allocation in support of operational activities.
· Forecast resource requirements, budgetary needs, and capacity planning to support operational goals and objectives.
· Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of resources and minimize disruptions to operations.
Communication Engagement
· Communicate effectively with internal and external customer, providing updates on operational activities, performance metrics, and project milestones.
· Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and cross-functional teams to align operational initiatives with strategic objectives and organizational priorities.
· Foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, and partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Proven experience in operations management or leadership roles, with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
