This position offers $75.00 to $91.00 per hour based on experience.
Position Overview
This position is responsible for developing, administering, and coordinating all Revenue Cycle activities that pertain to the implementation of Epic Phoenix and BMT modules. These responsibilities include working directly with our client to assess, plan and implement the high success of this project.
Responsibilities
Working with the engagement span across assessments
Provide post-live stabilization and optimization
Provide strategic initiatives.
Proficient with RCM performance and KPI’s
Provide interim management support
Partner with leadership teams on A/R management practice review and improvement.
Expertise in Epic Phoenix
Develop a plan and roadmap for implementing Epic systems and a framework for system integrations
Ability to build solid relationships and become a trusted advisor to clients
Gain and maintain awareness of client awareness of legislation, regulations and policies that may impact the client.
Financial management skills, including the ability to financially analyze data for operations, budgeting, auditing, and forecasting.
Ability to react to frequent changes in duties and volume of work; bring a positive attitude coupled with a sense of urgency
Ability to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction; apply effective communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with ease and efficiency; apply strategic judgment in demanding situations
Ability to work independently and be results-oriented; a self-starter willing to try new ideas
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Analytics & Reporting
Implement, monitor and maintain defined financial controls
Monitor established KPI’s, assess performance, optimize processes and systems
Conduct required reconciliations
Facilitate departmental reporting
Participate as needed in auditing functions
Education
Bachelor's Degree in health services or business required
Master’s degree preferred
Requirements
5 years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle
5 years of working with Epic Phoenix
Ability to react to frequent changes in duties and volume of work; bring a positive attitude coupled with a sense of urgency
Ability to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction; apply effective communication skills
