Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInclude the Following: 

·Greet everyone at all times, using last names only. Smiles, makes eye contact and verbally greets guests and coworkers from arrival to the property through departure

·Daily reports to supervisor for any changes in assignments

·Follow daily procedures assigned areas, dust mop, wet mop, vacuum carpeted areas, dust, polish,

·Wash windows 

·Reports any light fixture out and replaces bulbs when accessible

·Helps with social events set up, removing set up and coverage and cleaning after events

·Assists supervisor with residents’ requests moving furniture or turning mattresses

·Makes sure to use safety equipment when moving heavy objects and ladders

·Responsible for the care and maintenance of building equipment

·Makes sure common areas are stock with supplies including coffee, water and paper goods

·Keeps gym and pool towels washed and stocked

·Pressure wash or hose down driveway and pool patio

·Clearly communicates with others and uses radios when necessary. Verbally confirms with Front Desk Agents when called.

·Maintain a spotless environment; ensure all valet and parking areas are free of trash and debris; notify supervisor of any concerns relative to lighting, signage and ambient elements.

·Follow all departmental procedures and policies to ensure efficient, safe and secure operations

·All other job duties as assigned
