Candidates looking to join our team need to be licensed RN with recent clinical experience.

Responsibilities: 

•  Ability to travel throughout the specified area
•  Provide skilled nursing care – assessing, teaching, counseling and appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing measures
•  Conduct an initial and on-going assessment of the patient’s physical, psychological and social needs
•  Complete and submit all necessary documentation
•  Communicate pertinent information regarding patients’ care and need
•  Provide individualized patient care utilizing professional knowledge

Requirements: 

•  Current Massachusetts RN license
•  Valid Driver’s License
•  Current CPR Certification
•  Recent clinical experience
• I.V. experience preferred but not required
