We are currently seeking a talented and
self-motivated Landscape Architect or Designer/Sales position to join us in our Charlotte, NC office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in landscape architecture, landscape design or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience
• Must have excellent design, graphic, freehand illustration and rendering skills.
• Know facets of the industry including maintenance, horticultural care, hardscapes, landscape lighting and irrigation and all components of outdoor living.
• Possess excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, and have the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization.
• Well-organized with the ability to collaborate well in a team setting.
• Clear sense of urgency and self-initiative to

meet deadlines.

• Flexible and adaptable to assignments and schedule.
• A passion for the profession and the desire to learn

and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Learn company processes and procedures in preparation of various landscape proposals and designs from concept to completion.
• Prepare graphic representations or drawings of proposed plans or designs. You must be able to measure site amenities and translate that information to plans.
• Collaborate with estimators to cost projects,

create project plans and coordinate bids from all subcontractors.

• Select appropriate project materials such as

stone types, wood types, etc.

• Create job packets and purchase orders for

Production Managers.

• Interface with clients and vendors from concept

to completion.

• Perform job site visits as needed to check on the progress of projects and ensure specifications have been fulfilled.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, and adjust to dynamic project needs and deadlines.

Bonus Points: Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Schedule/Work Location:

• Monday through Friday.
• Our office is located in Charlotte, NC.

Pay: This is a full-time position with pay based on experience. Part-time work is a possibility with the right candidate.
