The Whipple Law Group, PLLC, is a growing law firm, focused in the areas of Estate Planning, Guardianship, Probate, and Elder Law. Located in Spokane Washington, we are seeking an associate attorney preferably with 3-5 years’ experience, preferably in the above listed areas of law. The position is full-time and in office. Applicant’s schedule will need to accommodate 8-5 weekday schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask, works well in a collaborative environment, and prioritizes client satisfaction in their representation.
Responsibilities
· Manage and coordinate a busy caseload
· Provide competent advocacy to clients
· Maintain client relationships
· Prepare legal documents
· Represent client interests in a courtroom setting
Requirements;
· Experience with estate planning, guardianship, and/or probate
· Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
· Good standing with the Washington State Bar.
