Overview:
We are seeking experienced servers, breakfast cook, hostess, food runners and bussers. Morning hours only... bring a smile! As a member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties: (vary depending on specific position)
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Assist with food preparation, such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Familiarity with TouchBistro POS system is a plus
- Culinary knowledge or training is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
