Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Responsibilities:

-Create remarkable experiences for our colleagues and guests
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guest arrival
- Other duties may be assigned

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software applications
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
