Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, leading a team, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. Selling and developing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and upper management
- Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Drive wireless sales through effective marketing strategies and promotions
- Recruit, train, and develop employees to enhance their skills and performance
- Conduct sales negotiations with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to make informed buying decisions

Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail sales, with a focus on wireless products preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Excellent sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to recruit, train, and manage staff effectively
- Experience in clerical duties such as record-keeping and reporting
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor interactions
- Training development expertise to enhance employee performance
