Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations and drive seasonal business in Southampton from June until mid September. This person would connect with the team, directly with the clients, and partner with corporate leaders as well. The Westside is a multi-vendor women's retail store focusing on styling clients head to toe with everyday wardrobed looks. This is a salary commission role.

Duties:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet sales goals
- Manage store inventory
-Assist in Visual Merchandising

-Effective Styling
- Handle customer inquiries
- Create employee schedules

Experience:
- Proven experience in retail management with a focus on sales
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Leadership qualities with experience in supervising staff
- Experience in conducting interviews, training development
- Ability to oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory management

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
