Job Summary:

Saturday/Sunday 11pm-7am or Saturday/Sunday 10pm-8am

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. This is a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our hotel.

Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel revenue and expenses
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts, including charges and credits
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and safety

Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of guest services and front desk operations
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel software (e.g., property management systems)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus
